The greatest strength I have is the ability to empathize with the customer. I listen and understand without judgment, and help without hesitating. 

I have worked as a customer service representative for several companies that offers different products and services. From a home shopping network, and a car rental booking, to servicing patients for a medical prescription insurance account. I have also served authors for a publishing company up to the subscribers of one of the top telecommunications companies in the US. Currently, I am in my 8th year of providing support to clients of a US-based software company.
