I must say that I also got an experience in office administration because what I do in my first job is not limited to as a Sales Associate but also manages the whole store processes. With that I also learned how to send sales reports , filing of documents , handling the store vault and all the office administrative tasks that was told me to do. That's where I got my organizational skills , attention to details and ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

I have 11+ years of experience in a Retail Industry as a Sales Associate. This was my first job and I admit at first it was difficult for me since I am a shy type person but I did all my best because I don't want to disappoint those people that believed in me since I am newbie. I have experience in Email Marketing when I was hired as a Sales and Marketing officer of a small printing shop. I send emails to prospects and letting them know that we offer this services and through this I helped the owner to increase their sales and also be known in this industry.

I also have experience in Social Media Management when I work in a small TV production business. I handle all the FB pages of their business, I am responsible to answer all the inquiries and schedule the appointments of the clients. I help them to be known and to attract clients to increase their profit and have a reputable company.

I have experience as a Customer Service Representative handling US healthcare account. This was very new to me since all my previous jobs were all in a customer facing set up but I must say that I really did good as a first timer. It was an inbound call where we assist clients to enroll in a healthcare plan by asking qualifying questions and submitting their form.

I have a month of experience in cold calling. This is an outbound call where we get lead by asking prospects a few questions and once they agreed to be called back and to receive emails that means that it was a successful call. This is very challenging since you are calling someone you didn't know or didn't even meet but I was glad that I experience this kind of job.
