Over the past eight years, I've honed my skills in the Contact Center industry, initially as a Technical Support Representative before transitioning to a Service Desk IT role. After leaving the Contact Center environment, I shifted my focus to specialize in E-commerce. I devoted time to mastering inventory management, Shopify operations, and refining sales strategies. I also bolstered my proficiency in MS Excel and familiarized myself with various CRM platforms like ZOHODesk.
During my professional journey, I secured four E-commerce positions in Australia, serving at Fishme, Luxo Living, MYITHUB, and Funbox. In these roles, I excelled as a Virtual Assistant, managing diverse tasks including listing, pricing, and product sourcing from distributors. Moreover, I gained valuable experience in graphic design and editing using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Expanding my horizons, I ventured into the international arena by joining a US-based E-commerce store, Highlines Wellness. Here, I continued to demonstrate my expertise in inventory management and sales optimization, contributing to the company's success in the competitive market
