On the same company I also became a QA wherein our main task is to Monitor, evaluate and score inbound calls based on established quality assurance instruments and standards, In addition we also Provides accurate and timely reports on a daily, monthly, yearly basis on call quality, productivity, and other key metrics as determined
My most recent work experience, I became a dispatcher wherein our main task is to Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of towed vehicles also we Assist the customers and the towers on their payment issues, we also do Cold callings wherein we are looking for a potential towing company that can sign up with us
