I have worked as a customer service for almost 4 years. I have handled healthcare and a food delivery account. I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills such as being patience, multitasking and time management. In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
