Profile Description

I am working in a supply chain business environment for more than 7 years as a CSR to Japan Region. I can considered my self as a near native Japanese speaker and I can confidently communicate to our Japanese customers.
As I am working in a Supply Chain business, continuous improvement in every process is a must. Due to this culture, I am now used to look for opportunity for improvement for every process.
I am also a Yellow belt Six Zigma passer. With this knowledge, I am able to implement it to my work daily task.
Since I am working as a CSR for total of almost 10 years now, I can confidently say that I can communicate to any type of the customers.
