Lead Generation:
* Research and develop new leads and prospects for schools using
online tools and other available resources.
* Reach out to schools via telephone and email to qualify leads
using a specified scoring system
* Reach out to decision-makers and appropriate contact persons to
set appointments and conduct online demos or presentations as
may be necessary

Technical Support:
* Provides quality customer service calls over the phone to
customers located in Australia and New Zealand
* Provides support to a new advisor during firsthand call experience

QA Testing:
• Perform QA testing tasks for online/offline and web applications
• Review products, tools, services, and other QA testing-related
tasks
