Profile Description

I have been working in a private company for almost 10 years
that engaged in Sales/Marketing, Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeping. I
undergone also trainings such as Customer Service, Supervisory, Sales and
Marketing and Social Media Marketing. I am a self-starter and excel at account
reconciliation, cost control and payroll. I am also deeply familiar in Excel
and QuickBooks and adopt quickly to new programs and procedures. My experienced would be a big help to showcase my skills and ability in terms of customer service, sales/marketing, admin assistant and bookkeeping. Since that I have been employed in a private company my first job is to be a sales marketing that was exposed in sales marketing and customer service after a year I was promoted as a Cashier which I was able to make customer's ledger and recording payments, after a year again I was promoted as a Branch  Secretary which I was able to handle daily transactions of the company's
 stocks, parts and oils inventory. I was also recording daily and monthly
sales transaction using computer and spreadsheet. Since that my company saw how I work they sent me to do a training in Supervisory, Managerial training and HR Management training that taught me how to plan, coordinate and direct the administrative function of an organization. I was assigned also on recruiting, interviewing, hiring of new staffs, administering pay, benefits, leave and enforcing company policies and practices.
Now I am in a position that promoted again as a Cluster Sales Marketing Head that handled 3 branches which I am the one collecting data's, reports and inventory everyday. I am the one recording all the transactions of
all the branches checking if all of them are balance in terms of monetary funds
and inventory of the stores. I can say that in my work experience for 10 years
in my company I am knowledgeable enough in terms of daily transactions, In terms of handling employees and  I can handle pressures, I can give good service to all my clients that I always make sure that I satisfied their needs in terms of giving my good customer service and I can be a good leader to all the branches that I am handling. My experience in this company taught me a lot also on how to become a good leader, a person in all your clients we have. We should always work hard with dignity, dedication and perseverance and never ever disappoint our client's expectation.
