I am an Admin Assistant since 2019, a Clerk for one (1) fruitful year in 2017 and I had my internship as a Stenographer way back 2015
In Admin Assistant, I do the following works:
1. Inventory. I vividly consolidate and make reports using the platform of Microsoft Office specially thru online like Google docs and Spreadsheets.
2. Front Desk. I receives and deliveres all incoming and outgoing mails, letters, forms, etc.
and directing it as needed.
3. Keeps the office/company records and files well-organized and updated.
4. Technical Assistant. Being the techno-savvy in our department, I assist my collegues and superiors in using gadgets and apps.
5. Layout invitations, programs and powerpoint presentations.
However, I also perform other related-duties as assigned/required and extend my help in our team/department when needed.
