I started working in 2013. I used to be a part of the Hospitality Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction Upgrade to see actual info was 2017 when I dUpgrade to see actual info to shift and venture into the BPO industry. Best decision I made. The industry is much more complex than I Upgrade to see actual info’s far from just answering phone calls. Skills wise, it requires more than just being able to comprehend the English language.
Throughout the years, I have been a part of several well-known US-based Upgrade to see actual infoly, PayPal, AT&T, Amazon and Netflix. All are considered giants in their respective sectors. I was excellently trained by these companies, which helped me develop the skills needed to deliver world-class customer support using various communication channels.
Though I don’t speak other languages aside from English, I can confidently speak to anyone from anywhere in the country, regardless of if they are fluent English speakers or not.
I am very confident to say that I can easily shift my skill set to what the work demands. I learn fast and I adapt well. I may not be the best, but I strive to be one.
As an SDR, I was presented with a set of leads to reach out to. These leads include but are not limited to those who have visited and sent an enquiry through our website. When a lead picks up, I have a checklist of information that I ensure to gather during a Upgrade to see actual infoing this information, I am presenting the best option that fits their specification. Once the options were presented, I will then invite them to book a tour to get a first-hand experience. Once the tour was booked, leads will be handed over to an account manager not unless the tour was cancelled or needs to be rescheduled.
As a Transfer Specialist, the role is a bit complex and the work does not end with booking a tour, it starts there. Once we have confirmed the unit they will be transferred to, the transfer date, and the price, it is our responsibility to generate a new lease containing all the agreed details. Once the lease was generated, we must send it to the tenant and make sure that they have signed it. Once the new lease was signed, we need to countersign and finish off the transfer process.
