I have 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant focused in organizing projects, creating SOPs, manage calendars, setup meetings, create/design course, email management, email marketing.  I also have years of experience as a Lead Gen Specialist in Medicare campaigns .I have knowledge in Project Management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp. Oher software that I am familiar with are Go High Level, which is a CRM tool, Hubstaff, Slack, MLMROD, FILMORA 9, Xencall, Salesdialers, Zoiper, Xlite, G-Suite. I can be easily trained with new tools or software. I worked as a Technical Support Representative inUpgrade to see actual infoskilled at resolving technical complaints in a timely manner. Effectively identify problems using troubleshooting skills and provide excellent going extra-mile customer service.
