Hello, my name is Anna Chalyn Grace T. Argel-Sanchez, but you may call me Anna. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and am a licensed Medical Technologist. I began my professional career at Hi-Precision Diagnostics, one of the leading diagnostic centers in the Philippines, where I worked from 2016 to 2019. During my time there, I was promoted to Branch Authorizing Officer, a role that strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Seeking further professional growth, I transitioned into the BPO industry and joined Optum Global Solutions as a Senior Claims Fraud Review Investigator. In this role, I handled complex healthcare fraud cases, helped develop training materials, and contributed to the expansion of the team by 250%, which led to my promotion as a Subject Matter Expert.

Most recently, I worked part-time as a Medical Virtual Assistant for a U.S.-based veterinary clinic, providing remote administrative and clinical support. I have since resigned from this role and am now actively seeking a full-time opportunity where I can fully utilize my combined experience in healthcare, administrative support, and client service. I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute meaningfully to a growing team.
