I am Customer Service Representative working through calls and chats over the last 3 years has given me enough space to create long-lasting customer relationships through complex resolution, improve processes and driving brand loyalty. I was able to handle complex account and answering product and service questions, offered information on related products and services. Processing refunds for customers, achieved 100% score in Quality Assurance Audit, and discussing account details with customers and recommended products to them based on listening to their needs and interests.

I am an aspiring Virtual Assistant. I can do administrative tasks like Internet Research and have English Language Comprehension. I can do basic task like: Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
Additional skills is basic editing photos and videos.
