Profile Description

I'm an internet savvy person. I can do thorough research on the internet. I previously worked with Western WATS Philippines INC., a market research company. We used VOIP telephony to call different countries that speak English especially in the U.S. to conduct surveys on various topics namely; satisfaction survey on products and services feasibility studies, political, etc. I also worked with WIPRO BPO as one of their customer service associates for British Telecommunications account. I functioned as one of the billing advisors. My responponsibility was to accept bill payments via phone, solve billing inquiries and solve billing discrepancies or disputes. I was also hired by the NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFICE Davao Oriental region as a contractual statistical researcher gathering data for the government.
