Profile Description

As a Customer Support, I manage incoming chat and email services. I reply to emails and charts at the soonest possible Upgrade to see actual infond quotes / proposals to various clients / companies who are interested to get a subscription. I retain subscription cancelations to keep the customers to stay. I maintain a positive and helpful tone on every reply to leave a positive note on every customer.
I process payments and charge customers. I process charges to customers billing accounts using PayPal or credit cards. Oftentimes, I handle refunds too.
