Profile Description

I am a licensed Electrical Engineer with over 18 years of experience in engineering and construction. I previously worked for an engineering and construction company that partnered with Fuji Electric Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. During my tenure, we handled the engineering and construction of electrical systems for commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, sintering and mining plants, and other industrial establishments.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in project supervision, electrical design, cost estimation, and project management. I am proficient in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam, which I have used extensively for reviewing drawings, preparing designs, performing quantity takeoffs, and supporting project estimation activities. Before leaving the company in 2024, I served as Assistant Manager of the Engineering and Construction Group.

One of my primary responsibilities was preparing and submitting bid proposals to prospective clients. This required gathering and analyzing client requirements, developing preliminary designs and cost estimates, and coordinating with suppliers to obtain updated pricing for materials and services. These activities enabled me to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.

At present, I serve as a consultant and a part time sales Executive for a local trading company. In addition, I was fortunate to gain experience as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a law firm in Florida, worked remotely and gained firsthand exposure to the advantages of an online work environment.

I came across several companies seeking remote Estimators on OnlineJobs.ph, and the opportunity immediately caught my interest. Given my extensive background in engineering, estimation, client coordination, and exposure with excel, AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu, I believe I can contribute effectively.

These days, I prefer working online because it provides a better work-life balance while allowing me to remain productive and committed to delivering high-quality work.
