I have experience working as a Legal Assistant for Personal Injury cases in some Law Firms in California States. I have experienced handling documents for objecting and calendaring to deposition subpoenas, motion to quash, expert designations, Court Management Statements, and the like.
Usually, these Law Firms are provided with ERP or CRM software that acts as a tool, process, and client data filing. The software processes those templates and stores files (like court documents, discoveries, motions, and other miscellaneous) and when tasked to generate pleading documents, I pull-out templates from it to fill-up the necessary data like the plaintiff's/defendants' details, case numbers, locations, etc.
