* Processing, verifying, and posting payments.
*Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
*Obtaining information from client and sales department to ensure records are accurate,
complete and up to date.
*Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payment and credit history.
*Generate weekly, bi-monthly invoices and send statement to clients.
*Investigate and resolve billing account discrepancies.
*Manage and resolve customer inquiries.
