I've been working in a BPO company for 8 months and at first, I was a bit scared and anxious since I do not have any work experiences and I have no idea about the industry I was working with. The main task I was doing was to communicate with the customer and help them out with their concern specifically cancelling their service and I have to do is persuade them in keeping their service/services by giving them a discounted rate. We are also in charge in other trouble shooting task on their radio by sending a satellite signal, billing, sending them details about their accounts and etc. I also have a special skill in typing because I can type 60 words per minute and I can also work under pressure. I just realized that I can do incredible things once I learned the flow of my job
