Working in the sales department for a long time taught me the value of effective sales support. As a sales manager, I am responsible for developing a compelling sales spiel and an introductory email for the sales team to use. I also developed a sales kit to make it easier for the sales team to see the services that we offer and the sales process.

My job as a sales representative entails setting appointments with our clients and ensuring that they meet the necessary initial requirements for us to qualify them. Meeting halfway with the client's availability is essential for a successful appointment scheduling.

I've been a sales manager for the past 5 years, and I've already established and organized sales processes to assist the team in meeting their quota. These sales process techniques assist the team in increasing sales, improving performance, monitoring the sales process, and encouraging the team to be competitive.

Knowing how to manage email is becoming more important as the need for online communication grows. I received 50 to 100 emails from our clients, and in order to ensure that all emails are responded, I designed my own email management system, which allows me to accomplish the task quickly and efficiently. In today's market, I believe this is necessary.
