Profile Description

I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative at Convey Health Solutions Philippines in Mandaluyong Upgrade to see actual info this position I am responsible for assisting health plan members with inquiries related to their benefits and/or orders placed. Processing requests for items received from health plan members via mail or phone call. Over the past years, I have gained ample experience in the field of call center.
I also have 6 years and 7 months experienced as data entry analyst for BPO. I handled 3 international accounts: Canadian, US and Australian. I used SAP and CRM Application. I did analyzation and meter reading adjustments and processed move in/out of dates for premises of cx.
I also have 1 year and 3months experienced as Sales Encoder for Manufacturing Company. I just encode the sales orders of the P.O. Do printing of sales invoice and DRTT. Sorted out of printed sales invoice and drtt.
I would describe myself as someone who is adventurous,loves to travel(been travelled within Metro Manila), sense of urgency, diligent, friendly and responsible with minimal Upgrade to see actual infobined with my experience, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization. I see the position as the perfect next step in my Upgrade to see actual info this position, I expect to be able to develop myself further as a professional.
