I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year and 7 months, Handling financial and airlines account. Provide assistance to the customer’s concerns like making payments putting restrictions on their card, making sure that they can use their card outside of the country, and checking why their transaction got declined. Customer satisfaction is the utmost priority and helps the company to build trust with customers.
I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for 6 months, Supporting QuickBooks customers and making sure that all of
their questions about handling QuickBooks are answered.
Helping them to update their QuickBooks account, providing
resolutions to the error that they are experiencing and offering
the best option for them to not experience the same kind of issue
again.
I am also a dedicated Virtual Assistant, Handling administrative tasks including calendar management, email management, and social media management. Supporting tickets in Freshdesk and managing transactions in Stripe. Managing files in Google Drive. Managing deal underwriting, data entry, and analysis. I can do simple audio and video editing.
