Profile Description

I have been handling content management for the last 6 years. We maintain a database of all users with their locations and current position. This is regularly checked as this is used as basis for sending communication emails and granting of access to a web tool.
Recently I was involved in the migration of almost 18000 documents from 1 web tool to a new one developed by the client.
I have customer handling experience both via email and calls. I have had the opportunity to work with different nationalities and effectively resolved issues if any.
I am a fast learner who is willing to dedicate time to understand your process and deliver quality work.
