As a hardworking, innovative, and committed individual with over seven years of extensive training and experience in the BPO industry, I see this application as an opportune time to share my knowledge, expertise and skill set. Under various circumstances, I had managed to work with proficiency yielding desired output with very minimal supervision. I worked as a Lien Negotiator, Collection Specialist, Claims Admin, Customer Service representative and Insurance Verification and Eligibility Specialist all from a Health Care Account. I am trained to do Outbound, fax, email and sometimes inbound call. My work is for me to gather some med legal documents for me to properly negotiate outstanding balance from Defense Attorney, Applicant Attorney and Adjuster from different Law and Insurance Company. We do bill review, second bill review and review of some court cases.
