Profile Description

I have worked with Golden ABC Inc. as Store Manager for over 1 year. I was handling 2 big stores and manages 8-12 staffs. I am responsible for the day-to-day management and achievement of sales of the stores including its customer service, shrinkage security control, business analysis, display and product knowledge, social media postings, policies and reports and development of strategies to achieve sales targets through promotional activities.Prior to this position, I have worked with Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. in the Department Store section as Department Head or Senior Supervisor for 3 years where I manage 30 to 40 staffs under my supervision. I serve as a role model in complying with company policies and ensures that the staffs comply with all policies and work requirements at all times. I inspire, motivate and develop associates to improve performance. I support the team's efforts in specific programs and initiatives. I initiate monthly meetings with subordinates to monitor and address immediate concerns with regards to the performance of the department. I am also analyzing the reports and provide logical conclusions and recommendations to improve business. Establishes proper safekeeping of all documents and files, maintaining its confidentiality.I have also worked with Jarren and Aces Food as Accounting Personnel for 6 months. I was responsible of keeping all government data and bookkeeping. I was also in charge of all the staffs' personal information and data, maintaining its confidentiality. I was also responsible with their payroll.Working in retail industry particularly as Store Manager, I have honed my organizational skill to ensure smooth operations, manage schedules, and deal tasks effectively. Working in this industry has exposed me to a fast-paced and dynamic environment where I have learned to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and manages multiple tasks simultaneously.I have also developed my strong communicatiopn skill through interactions with customers, staffs and upper management. Growing with retail industry has familiarized me with various softwares and systems. Overall, my background in retail management has equipped me to diverse skills set, adaptability, and work ethic make me a valuable asset to my position.
