Profile Description

I have extensive knowledge in the following.
 
* 6 years of experience in handling B2B Accounts when I was a Sales.

* From Leads Research, Telemarketing, Client Meeting, On-boarding of
accounts and communication,

* Handled 30 to 50 Accounts plus other incoming client in day-to-day
operations.

* Provide Quotations and proposals, update client’s data
in CRM system up to date.

* I also have experience as Data Analyst up to present.

* I submit clients registration entry in Database, managing, auditing of
data with quality.
* Creating products sku's, price update, uploading product image, quote and etc.
*5 months experienced as JR Accountant, balancing AR/AP, creating invoices, doing sales report using XERO system.  
*I am experienced in using ticketing software like Freshdesk and Oracle,
processing ticket requests within SLA, sending notification emails with regards
to the status of request.
 
My key strength is the ability to get things done in a timely and productive manner. I
am a hardworking, wholeheartedly worker and responsible person. Hence, it is
extremely important for me to deliver the best result to my clients. I am
willing to be trained and learn about the work or task to be given and I will
give my best to perform this project.
 
My flexible schedule allows me to prioritize my task and deliver the requested work
as planned.
