I've been in the call center/BPO industry for two years for a well-known healthcare Upgrade to see actual info the span of 2 years, I`ve been consistently hitting my goals as a customer service representative both for inbound, outbound, and chat support agent. With these experiences, I was skilled to handle supervisory calls and several types of elevated inquiries from our customers that requires critical observation and attention. I also worked as a Sales Development Representative in an insurance brokerage. I do cold calling to our leads if they want to upgrade their insurance policy.
    I worked as a Case Manager in a Law Firm Office which specializes in Personal Injury Management. My daily task are support attorney and oversee the case management process at law firm. I also collect documents from clients like police reports, hospital bills etc. and draft legal documents from paralegal.
