Hi I'm well-experienced person in terms of customer relations ang appointment setting jobs, i previously work with a corporate company who provides healthcare insurance for elderly people and helping them to get appointments with their medical related services. Difficult conversations is a result of misunderstanding what i do is always listen to customer and understand their needs so that i will be able to connect with them, building connection is one of my Upgrade to see actual infotablishing good connection will bring to a good conversation in able to have the job done and leave customers smile on their faces.
KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE FOLLOWING TOOLS: Accounting software, QuickBooks / Xero, Sage, Microsoft Word /Excel/ PowerPoint, CRMs, Siebel, Avaya, Cisco
I'm very familiar with how the HIPPA law works and how this important to the business; also, i have more than five years of experience as Customer and Healthcare Support, working with major industries like UnitedHealthcare Providers in the USA: ATT, Verizon, and Anthem Dental that's all based in the Philippines
