Profile Description

My name is Maricar Ani, 31 years old with three kids and I am a full time stay at home mom.
I believe the skills I gained from my course which is Bachelor in Elementary Education helped me to become confident in learning almost any task and tools in my previous job as a customer service representative both via phone and chat in a banking industry.
Prior to applying for a virtual assistant, I worked as a Customer Service Support and it helped me in my conversational skills with my clients. I also learned to become more independent when it comes to the task that is given to me.
I took online courses for me to be familiarize with the task given to a Virtual Executive Assistant and got some certificates. I am a fast learner and always love to learn new things which I believe is one of my strength when it comes to work.
