I've worked in the BPO industry for 9 years. My experience with customer care, healthcare and sales accounts helped me become an expert of excellent customer Upgrade to see actual infot only was I trained in taking calls and responding to customer email and chat, I'm also well-versed with MS Word and Excel, as I used these tools in doing my admin tasks. I also know how to use Wordpress since I maintain a personal blog myself. And my background as a student of Computer Science makes me familiar with PHP, HTML and e-commerce websites. I am independent and can work with minimal supervision and figure things out as much as possible.
