Profile Description

I started my career as a Logistics Assistant. Adaptability was the first thing that I have learned since I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management and got a job that was not related to my degree. The job helped me to develop my communication and collaboration skills to learn more about Supply Upgrade to see actual infolf-motivation was one of the keys for me to continue my path in this field. My previous company (start-up business) gave me the opportunity to acquire business related skills. I was hired as Project Manager and it refined my attention to detail, multitasking and time management as I was handling multiple garment projects. Years later, I got promoted as Director of Operations. I developed my decision making and problem solving while performing this job. I created process documents for the whole operations of the business which expanded my writing and editing. And this job defined my empathy, positivity and leadership for working closely with my teams.
