I have extensive experience handling Technical Support, Billing, and Financial accounts (inbound calls) providing tailored-fit issue resolutions for our  Australian and American customers. My most recent role was as a Virtual Assistant in charge of Customer Support (Email) responsible for providing exceptional customer experience as well as collaborating with the Product Search team for an online E-Commerce business.
