If you're looking for someone to help you out with anything related to customer service for your company or product, look no further as I am an expert in this sector with an expertise of more than five years.I handled phone, email, and social customer service accounts for the past five years, and I have showcased immediate, and above and beyond service when helping out customers for all the accounts I have handled. I also have experience handling inquiries sent from Moxie, Salesforce, Lithium, and Zendesk.I am a fast learner and while I am able to learn things on my own, I do ask relevant questions from my employers/trainers that eventually help the overall quality of the service we provide. I also have experience with light computer technical assistance as most of the accounts I have handled are internet or app-based accounts.Since 2021, I started building a more freelance-based career, and I have tried a few different jobs aside from doing customer support work. Most of these jobs are focused on editing and proofreading in English. I also have experience in writing research papers and transcribing and captioning audio and video projects.I am currently interested in working more online part-time jobs that either focus on customer service roles, preferably nonvoice, or proofreading works as I wish to experience different jobs that could expand my experience in working online. I am willing to be trained, and I hope you'll consider me for whatever project you currently have.
