Transitioning to Probe Cx, I further refined my customer service repertoire by handling the Airline Account and engaging customers through both voice and chat channels. This role allowed me to develop a strong understanding of customer preferences and deliver tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
My most recent collaborations as a freelance/contractual agent with Connempathy and Firmoo have enriched my expertise in customer service and retention within the e-commerce industry. At Connempathy, I played an integral role in managing customer inquiries for a fashion retail account, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and fostering long-term customer relationships. Additionally, my engagement with Firmoo offered me exposure to providing chat support for a prescription glasses account, where I excelled in addressing customer queries promptly and accurately.
