At Connempathy, I played an integral role in managing customer inquiries for a fashion retail account, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and fostering long-term customer relationships. Additionally, my engagement with Firmoo offered me exposure to providing chat support for a prescription glasses account, where I excelled in addressing customer queries promptly and accurately.
