2.) Data Entry and Research. I can assist the business owners/ CEO with data entry tasks, data research, gathering information, and compiling reports.

3.) Customer Support. I can handle customer inquiries, refunds, and unsuccessful transactions, customer support like helping them how to purchase and add to a cart on your online shop, and assist with order processing or returns through emails.

4.) Content Creation and Editing. I can help with content creation, posting your blogs, and social media updates. I can also edit and post videos on your social media platforms.

5. Social Media Management. I can help you manage your social media accounts (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), schedule posts, engage with your audience, and monitor social media analytics.
