Profile Description

A highly organized, creative, and flexible person with expertise in organization with virtual work experience of around 2 years.  I have a strong background in admin support and customer service as I formerly work in customer support in all channels (calls, chat, email) but I focus mainly now on email support. 
I also have experience as an Accounting Coordinator who helps with AP and AR queries of my client and has a basic experience in Quickbooks.

On my free days, I spend my time mostly on video editing and creating content on my own personal Tiktok and Youtube channel for fun.

I can guarantee that I am a fast learner and can work in a fast-paced environment as I am often commended for my technical skills, especially navigation of technology and software.

I am proficient in using tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Vibenet, Essendants, SP Richards, Amazon, Quickbooks, JIRA, Slack, MS Office, Google Sheets and Spreadsheets, Facebook, Instagram, Cxone, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capcut among others.
