Being a administrative personnel some of myduties are manage calendar and scheduling, creating formal letters and billing,sending invoices to clients, preparing documents, and answering customers inquires on email and social media platforms.
In addition, I also manage a Shopify online store as a General Administrator. Some of my responsibilities are processing daily orders, creating product listings, order fulfillment, updating stock inventory, Editing product images using Canva and PS and product description rewritten using AI tool.
