As a Licensed Electrical Engineer with more than 20 years of thorough experience, in Design, Estimation, and Supervision. Right now I am a full-time Freelancer. I am fully familiar with IEC, BSI, NEC (NFPA 70, 72), AS/NZ Standards IES, and CIBSE. Proficient in using the following software: ETAP, Dialux, ACAD 2D, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Google Drive. I Design Low Voltage Electrical systems including Lighting and controls, small power systems including distribution boards, switchgear, motor control systems, grounding, lightning protection, and photovoltaic system, this includes layout and calculations, material selection, and submittals. I also design Low Current Systems such as CCTV systems, MATV systems, Structured Cabling systems (Data & Tel.), Fire Alarm systems, Dry Chemical Fire Suppression And Alarm Systems, Building Management systems, Trunked Radio Systems, Public Address Systems, and Access Control Systems.

Electrical Estimation of Low Voltage Electrical systems and Low Current System. This includes containments ( conduits, cable trays, cable trunking, cables, wires, and control cablings. Labor costs can be provided by adapting the client's manhour rates and efficiency, Material costs can be provided based on the client's database or can be sourced in the market in which the project is located using Lead Generation techniques. The above estimation can be generated using Bluebeam, Plainswift, M.S. Excel, or on-screen Take-off.
I can complete the bid proposal that incorporates all the costs of managing the project such as the following:
- Preliminaries, Direct Cost, Indirect Site cost, Administrative Cost, Commercial Fees. Overhead and Profit
Generate the Direct and Indirect Histograms
Generate the Proposed Organizational Chart
Prepares the Preliminary Schedule (Up to level 3)
Prepares the Commercial Proposal for final submittal.
Prepares the Technical Proposal (How to execute the Project)
