Profile Description

Project Management and Executive Assistance

- Assist the C-Suite executives and the team in making sure tasks are managed efficiently
- Assist in internal business tasks like handling applicants, payroll, among many others
- Communicating between relevant internal departments to meet a common goal
- Attending internal and external meetings for note-taking purposes; and provide minutes and action items to my C-suite clients and other managers
- Handling team grievances and feedback
- Coordinating with the Recruitment and HR team to grow the business

- Managing my clients’ work day and anticipate any tasks that might pop up within the work week

HR and Recruitment

- Source and screen applicants to fulfill needed roles inside the business
- Interview applicants to ensure they are a great fit for the business’ mission, vision, and culture
- Be the point of contact between the applicant and the business
- Discuss and provide job offers and expectations
- Onboard new members of the business, if necessary
