I handle all shipments, deliveries, and material orders. I established sales goals by forecasting annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products. I also worked to achieve high customer satisfaction rates by providing optional service and creative work.  And I became also an Admin Virtual Assistant for another 8 months. As a Virtual Assistant, I am performing various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.  And I must say that I did a great job in handling all my previous work. I invested in bookkeeping by learning QuickBooks Online and earning my certificate.
