Shopify, Magento, Amazon etc in my 4 years working as a E-Commerce Specialist / CSR.

4 years CSR experience handling Orders, Rentals and E-Commerce.

I have my own small business and I also manage listings/orders for restaurants, and stores in the US, UK and the Philippines.

This should be 5 star rating however, OLJ has rating restrictions. While performing multiple customer service related tasks, sending emails are one of the skills that I mastered on the past 4 years. (Gmail, Outlook, ZenDesk, and FreshDesk are common tools for sending emails.)

Data entry is essential in my everyday task in BPO, E-Commerce and reservation.

Expert in providing great customer experience via chat, phone, sms and email in the past 4 years.

This should be 4 star but due to OLJ rating restrictions, I rate this 3. I do troubleshooting of apps used by customers/restaurants and drivers or POS used for restaurants.

Excel is a essential part of my data entry task. Most of the inventories that needs to be monitored are recorded on the excel. Although we have Magento, Shopify and the likes to check inventories, excel files are important as a backup.

Scheduling rental reservation is part of my job, I utilized the clients' preferred software for scheduling travels/bookings. (Google Calendar, Calendly and the likes are also tools often used depending on the client/account).
