I have 10 years in banking experience starting as an Accounting Specialist where my function is to create accounting entries & financial reports for the branch. Then I become a Teller & New Accounts staff where I process and initiate banking transactions. As I was promoted to be a Marketing Officer, my job is to acquire new clients for loans & deposit accounts. I help clients identify their banking needs, handling complaints & managing their accounts. I also process loan applications (Auto , Personal Loan, Home Loan) from collections of complete requirements, encoding of information, monitoring of the status, and assisting clients in loan signing once approved.
