I am a college graduate of BS Computer Science with experience in office-based jobs for years.

I handled Healthcare account wherein we are assisting members about their concerns and issues regarding their insurance at Wellcare. We also process payments for their monthly premium via Credit Card, Debit Card and Checking or Savings account. We also check the status of their medication and what specific medications are covered by thier plan. As an experienced CSR I learned how to handle irate callers. I also learned how to properly emphatized, provide good acknowledgement and giving the best assurance on their concerns.
I also became a Video Editor for a short-term project at Acadsoc LTD for 3 months and worked as an ESL Tutor for 1 year at the same company.
 My recent job experience was being a Content Moderator for 3 months and promoted as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for 7 months. During my tenure as a SME, I learned a lot of skills specially admin tasks and leadership. I were able to gained lots of knowledge in using Google sheets and sending emails and reports to different person or group of persons. I also learned how to do MOMs and reports during call meetings in MS Teams.
