Over the past 5+ years, I’ve handled cross-time-zone scheduling, inbox management, meeting coordination, reporting workflows, client communication, and operational tracking across hospitality, consulting, and digital marketing environments.

My experience includes managing executive calendars, coordinating 10+ weekly meetings, handling 20+ daily email communications, preparing operational reports, and supporting remote teams using Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Trello, Kajabi, Slack, Zoom, Canva, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Microsoft Office.

I’m available for both full-time and part-time work and can support US EST, PST, UK GMT, and AU time zones. I have a dedicated remote workspace, reliable backup internet and power systems, and experience working with distributed teams in fast-moving remote environments.
