Profile Description

I've been a Customer Service Representative for 1 year and a Workforce Real Time Associate for 2 years and 10 months and been a Workforce Analyst/Scheduler for 10 months. I've been sending emails and reports directly to the client and higher management. Templates are all excels. Managing agent's schedule. Scheduling weekly meeting/huddles with the client. Reporting metrics, checking and sending attendance of the agents hourly. Projecting staffing for the next week so we can recommend things to improve scores and metrics in the future.
