Profile Description

 I've been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years doing telemarketing, appointment setter, and customer service at the same time. 
I started working as a medical biller when the pandemic time (August 2020) started working from home. I pay strong attention to details detail even if it's new to me. I am a self-starter and can work well in under pressure. I'm very keen, on all the details, especially on task that my client wants me to do on that particular day or weeks. I'm very good in multitasking to meet timelines and deliverables deadlines.
When I started to work as Medical Biller, I worked past due (mostlyUpgrade to see actual info) claims, denied and rejected claims. Process those claims and resolve denials to ensure maximum reimbursement. I reviewed the reasons for denials by analyzing the EOBS and notations on file and I was able to identify issues and responses to expedite claim resolution.
