I am well-versed in eCommerce particularly Shopify, Zendesk, Slack, Asana, and Gmail. I take pride in my efforts to be proficient with the company's products, my communication skills, and my sales initiative in order to help grow the company. Apart from my strong sense of independence, I also value teamwork as I believe in the power of cooperation. Alongside customer support, I also honed my skills in teaching English where I teach kids and adults, keeping their goals in frame. Additionally, I am passionate in writing. I write scripts, essays, short story books, etc., all while proofreading them by myself. I am currently improving my skills to provide my clients the best assistance I can provide as a virtual assistant.
