 - B2B Outbound call to obtain meter readings, adding meter reads in the system, apportioning if needed, revisiting the accounts for follow ups and response to emails from customers' concern (email management)
- B2B Outbound call to look for the best site contacts to obtain site access instructions, input and update data in the system, email management. 
Inbound call - assisting customers' queries and complaints
