I graduated from Access Computer and Technical Colleges, Recto/Manila Branch, with a Bachelor's degree.

For my internship, I had the privilege of working at the Department of Finance. This opportunity allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting, enhancing my understanding of real-world applications.

After completing my degree, I transitioned to a full-time role at a reputable BPO company. Over the span of four years and counting, I have been dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. My responsibilities include handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as providing support through chat and email. This role has not only honed my communication skills but also developed my ability to solve complex problems efficiently.

In addition to my educational background and work experience, I have developed proficiency in various software applications. Some of the software I am familiar with include Service Desk, Salesforce, and Zendesk. These tools have enabled me to streamline processes and provide seamless support to customers and clients.
