Prior to being a Virtual Assistant, I worked as an Assistant in Nursing\Patient Care Assistant for Amana Living, a holistic senior care facility in Perth, Western Australia. I was recognized one of their top Nurse Assistants in that health care facility because of my exceptional communication skills, patient care and inter-personal skills.        My job as an online and offline EFL teacher has helped me be more patient and to be persevering to teach younger students. I was able to utilize my exceptional communication skills as the company's Social Media content creator. I was able to unlock my creativity and be more resourceful.      Since 2021, I have been working as Medical Virtual Assistant. I have already worked with 3 clients. First, an insurance verification billing VA for Focus Physical Therapy in ---------- cond, as virtual front desk, insurance verification, appointment setter and calendar management VA for BreakThrough Physical Therapy. Lastly, as lead generation and also did outsourcing VA for Revolution Healthcare Services.        I value work-life balance and balance my time between work and my hobbies which include: singing, playing games, watching tv series and travelling.
