       Hi, I am Upgrade to see actual info. Prior to being a Virtual Assistant, I worked as an Assistant in Nursing\Patient Care Assistant for Amana Living, a holistic senior care facility in Perth, Western Australia. I was recognized one of their top Nurse Assistants in that health care facility because of my exceptional communication skills, patient care and inter-personal skills.        My job as an online and offline EFL teacher has helped me be more patient and to be persevering to teach younger students. I was able to utilize my exceptional communication skills as the company's Social Media content creator. I was able to unlock my creativity and be more resourceful.      Since 2021, I have been working as Medical Virtual Assistant. I have already worked with 3 clients. First, an insurance verification billing VA for Focus Physical Therapy in Upgrade to see actual infocond, as virtual front desk, insurance verification, appointment setter and calendar management VA for BreakThrough Physical Therapy. Lastly, as lead generation and also did outsourcing VA for Revolution Healthcare Services.        I value work-life balance and balance my time between work and my hobbies which include: singing, playing games, watching tv series and travelling. Maintaining a healthy work-life is not only important for health and relationships, but can also improve productivity and performance.
