CSR |Collection Specialist | Virtual Assistant

As a virtual assistant, I provided support to a sales manager working for an online bootcamp specializing in tech-related courses. Our team effectively utilized Google Workspace, Hubspot, and Microsoft 365 to manage and nurture leads for the bootcamp. Additionally, I was responsible for managing email communications and automations for both cold and new leads.

The company I was in have different teams for different clients but on the team that I was in, we handle multiple clients. I'm an agent from "Merge" and we collect delinquent debts of more than 100 clients for Network & Phone Providers, Power & Gas Utility Companies, Online Shops, and Financial Assistance/Loans. I was taught how to be patient when negotiating and listen to understand, I can also be persuasive but still be pleasing.

I'm no stranger to customer service & sales and doing some seasonal data entry gigs. I've worked in a call center, handling both manual & auto-dialed outbound and inbound calls for magazine subscriptions.

I worked as a Data Entry for a call center who offered network and phone plans. I collected business information which are then reached out to see if they would be interested on upgrading their business and services.
